 refundable earnest money deposit is due by the next business
  day following the auction. Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyerâ€
 ™s premium will be added to the final high bid to determine 
 the total purchase price. Closing: Closing shall occur on or
  before 30 days following the auction through the Seller’s
  selected title company. Property Condition: The property se

 ade by the Seller or Auctioneer. Contingencies: The sale is
